I have seen almost all BBs Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse Barclays etc only lets you apply to two divisions/locations.
Does anyone know if any BB or MM lets you apply to more than those?
Also in these two divisions which is the best division to apply as second choice after IBD?

It depends entirely on your interests; however, it doesn't really look good if you apply to IBD and then to another completely unrelated division. It shows a lack of focus.
