I keep noticing BB SA positions being promoted on linkedin, etc, despite the fact that BB's stopped their recruiting cycle for summer 2025 like 7 months ago. Is this to backfill vacancies or are more positions randomly opening up? Also what are the implications for someone who gets an offer this late for 2025.
