Have seen this discussion before in the past, and think it’s time to revisit for those who are curious and/or currently at these banks, so I’ll take the first stab.
Anecdotally speaking, the ranking would be:
- JPM (emphasis on retaining top talent)
- BofA(historically good, not as great post-covid)
- Citi (pretty good across the front office roles)
- MS(uphill battle, but doable)
- GS (fairly difficult..unless you’re in the Illuminati or an HYP alum, which is close enough)
