Thought they only hired analysts who had done banking summers? Worked across from them on a process before - solid UMM who isn't afraid to pay up for high-quality assets. Seems like an exciting platform with a lot of momentum behind them (9B latest fundraise). From a quick LinkedIn search, they've hired from GS, MS, JPM, PJT, etc. I'd talk to an analyst there to get some more insight if I were you because most of them probably had the same dilemma
Have u gotten an offer or in their interview process now? Thought they don’t start until summer
