Behavioral Questions that you don't have a story for

I've started reviewing different behavioral questions in preparation for the interview process, but have come across a couple where I literally can't think of any story that answers the question. For example, "Tell me about a time where you dealt with a very upset co-worker", or "Tell me a time where you had to deal with a teammate or co-worker who wasn't contributing." I don't want to just straight up make up a story, but I really have nothing to relate to either of these questions. Anyone else have this same issue/how did you go about resolving this?
