For reference, I work for a generalist lower MM M&A advisory shop, therefore lean heavily on public data such as 10Ks and investor presentations to quickly get up to speed on an industry and determine how public companies are positioning their business to investors.
Having read through a decent amount of these in the last couple years, I have noticed a significant disparity between companies in the quantity and quality of the color they provide on their operations and their industry.
I'm curious if you guys have come across any 10Ks or investor presentations that you particularly liked, were impressed by, or found rather helpful to understand an industry.
