When would be the best day or time to send cold emails to juniors IBD professionals (Analyst and associates), mid ranked IBD professionals (VPs) and the same for Seniors (Directors / MDs)?

Analyst/associate anytime 9-5 M-F, avoid Monday mornings and Friday afternoons.
Other than that most juniors are hyperaware of their inbox and will at least see your email. Getting responses is a game of how busy they are and their mood.
Agree with Eloquence. When I send emails to Analysts/Associates, I usually do 9am on Tuesday. Everyone's inbox is full Monday morning.
With the few that I've sent to MDs, I've had success with them opening it (I have a plug in for Gmail that gives me read receipts...) when I send before 9am. 7:30-8:30. It's not a science, but I try to maximize the likelihood of a response. Good luck!
