Honestly, lot of bad culture there.

HC is bad.  Almost their entire junior team bailed during 2020.  Some toxic people there, almost non existent deal flow for awhile

Consumer had almost all the juniors leave too (I can think of like 4 analysts that didnt even finish a full year there in just the last 2 years).  Weird culture where the old DB crew came in and excluded the existing team (like the old DB seniors would grab the old DB juniors to grab lunch and exclude everyone else). bad deal flow

Real estate has some crazy people on the team (won't get too specific).  Bad deal flow.

TMT was a top team with decent culture but everyone LEFT (like literally the entire group went to SVB)!

GIG is strong deal flow wise but can be sweaty and not the best morale.

M&A has pretty decent culture but they support the above named coverage groups, so it doesn't matter

Lev Fin I think is an old school culture of black shoes, ties and coming in 9am (I could be wrong, maybe it changed).  I think they are a top group though.

edit:

Forgot FIG, I know nothing about that team.  Someone else can opine for me.
