Best Groups at Wells?

I'm interested in applying for investment banking. I'm currently a sophomore and wanted to reach out to a few groups at Wells. I am wondering what are the groups there that have the best hours or culture, any insights?

Thank you

Based on the most helpful WSO content, it seems that Wells Fargo's IBD is growing fast and there's interest in the best groups in terms of deal flow, culture, and exit opportunities. However, the specific groups aren't mentioned in the context.

As for the work-life balance, Wells Fargo Securities seems to be appreciated by its employees for the lifestyle it provides, as it ranks in the top three out of 79 firms in two "positive" lifestyle categories.

Remember, culture can vary greatly not just from bank to bank, but also from team to team within the same bank. It's always a good idea to network and get a sense of the culture from people who are currently working in the groups you're interested in.

Hope this helps, and best of luck with your applications!
