My all time favorite is the Anne Pro https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_AlZUiE it is widely seen as a reliable, good quality mech keeb.
Also acceptable (if you prefer a different design) is the https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_AaBs1Y GK61
My numpad is a separate unit on the other side. I prefer it that way, it is faster once you learn how to type with the other hand.
If you have the skills, time and interest - build your own.

Logitech g pro looks cool and loud enough to make me feel productive - gaming keyboard
Paging that keyboard nerd on here from a few years back. That guy had his shit really figured out.
Hahaha didn’t that dude hotkey like 100 custom commands?
Does your firm allow Logitech Options? Just got the MX Master 3, but my firm barred me from downloading Options since it allows data sharing of files between devices. Makes the mouse pretty useless as I can’t configure the buttons / secondary scroll. And somehow it really hurts my wrist to use vs a cheap $15 Logitech mouse was fine
Tons of mech keyboards that are good. Switches matter more IMO. Green switches are loud and satisfying, but orange etc can be better if you're going for a quieter vibe.
For the mouse highly recommend a vertical mouse. Can get a cheap one by Anker on Amazon for under $25. Gives a lot of relief to when you're not on the keyboard.
Eh meant more in terms of a color coding when it comes to tactility, sound, etc.
I have been using my Logitech K120 $20 keyboard since I was a first year analyst, and still using it when I was a 3rd year associate =)
I did invest in a more expensive Logitech MX Master mouse though. Great for scrolling through long filings.
I’d highly recommend to build your own mechanical keyboard! KBD Fans has great boards. Glorious Panda Switches, Durock T1 Switches, Boba U4 Tactile Switches are great tactile switches. If you like linear switches, Lilac, Tangerines, Gateron Yellow (budget) are great. HK gaming make pretty affordable keycaps. Happy keyboard shopping!
I would reccomend a HHKB. I've tried nearly every mechanical keyboard switch, and topre is by far my favorite. They're quiet and have a perfect feeling for typing. Most importantly, it doesn't look like these other ridiculous RGB gaming keyboards that people are posting. Also very small and portable if you're into that, at the expense of some extra keys.

No one cares if your keyboard has lights or not though
Used a ducky 1 with brown switches and a zowieZA12 since 2015
