Anyone else fed up with the BS? Hopefully lateral opps appear more frequently in June/July… but the market still sucks for the most part

Most people leave after bonus so if you are still looking more opps should come as bonuses get paid this summer.
Agreed with this, but make sure to check to see if there is a clawback period. would suck to get a bonus and leave and have some of it taken back
When does MS and Citi pay associate bonuses
Most shops pay out in June/July
Citi AVPs are Jan/Feb along with the VP/D/MDs. Analysts are summer cycle.
