Best way to lateral from MM/LMM
I'm starting as a first year analyst for a MM IB after graduation this summer in m&a. They're a no name shop but have decent deal flow.
I want to ultimately lateral to a larger, more well known bank in a year or two.
How likely is this goal and what are some of the ways I could best go about doing this?
