Yes. Every negative thing on this website about them is true. I worked there and can verify. I was part of an analyst class of 9 people. Within 6 months, 3 out of those 9 left for other opportunities due to toxic management & culture that simply will not go away no matter what HR pitches to you or removes from this forum.

the interns have a case competition at the end of the internship, but BGL claims that 10 out of 12 interns "cheated" by going on the drive and looking at last years case comp. however its much more likely that this is BGL's excuse to not hire/pay bonuses because they are extremely stingey
