Big 4 or a trading firm if I want to end up in IB? I am comparing my job offers. Btw I am a software developer so, on track to be a Quant but am thinking about going back to school (top 15 B- school, ideally Harvard) for MBA in Finance and switching to investment banking. Also I have a Masters in Physics from a US school. I am on a work Visa in US and a female.
