They have had poor senior management direction and vision since Weill took the reigns. An appropriate supporting cast of senior levels should be people with decades of experience and variety in background.
If you look at Weill's tenure to date, he treated Citibank more like some collegiate fraternal committee than a bank. Now it's just spiraling out of control. Prince has got two more years, tops.
Dude what are you talking about? Sandy Weill is retired. He is the reason Citigroup is what it is today. His "tenure" began like in the 80s.
