Big variance in performance reviews?
Just had a 6 month performance review as AN1, had massive variance in the feedback. Had some people say I was doing really well and going above and beyond, 10/10, then had others (it was anonymous comments so don’t know exactly) saying I was lazy/not picking up work and not communicating well on deadlines and projects. Overall it averaged out to positive, but was wondering if this was normal to what others have gotten in feedback/reviews?
