I have been networking extensively in an attempt to transition into IB and may have a potential connection at BMO. I haven't been able to find much information at all on their deal flow or transactions closed, besides a pdf of ~20 deals they advised. They don't seem very up to date either. If anyone has any insight on where to find more information or personal experience, I would love to hear recommendations/thoughts. Also, anything regarding BMO's culture, experience or other opinions would be welcomed. Thanks for your time!

Sorry, I wish I had more info on the SF office, I haven't heard much about their west coast offices. I will say though, if breaking into IB is the goal, it is still a decent opportunity and you could use it to potentially lateral to another firm.
