They mostly care about fit. Expect 3 interviews - 1 behavioral, 1 resume/experience, 1 somewhat technical but they are all pretty similar. For example in my technical interview I only got 2 or 3 technicals (all straightforward) and the rest was normal questions. This was last year BTW
Also IBD is no longer BAML so try to say BofA instead while you're talking...
did they really dedicate that whole interview to go over your resume?
Not exactly. Started with normal tell me about yourself, why BAML, etc. then I was asked to talk about my previous 2 internships that were on my resume and what I did specifically. Then 5 or 10 mins of Q&A. Like I said all 3 were pretty similar with a slightly different focus for each.
My Superday was pretty difficult, but I interviewed with a satellite office that ran their own process away from corporate. PM if you need help.
