Body gives up after a heavy meal from outside. Get severe bouts of anxiety and depression

Does it happen to anyone else too? My chest starts paining. Severe palpatations. Got all tests done and they were normal. Can’t work or sit on my desk after such a meal. What do you guys think?

As weird as this sounded to me at first, a quick search on Reddit shows you are not the only one.

Could you tell me what you typed to on Reddit to get similar results?

This happens to me after large amounts of drinking. I compensate by using nicotine the next day, works pretty well. I’d try that.

How old are you? Doesn’t make sense that nicotine helps with a hangover. I had to quit alcohol cause the next day anxiety was off the charts. So was the bp

I’m glad someone else posted this. For a few years now I get anxiety at the thought of a big business/work dinner. Only thing that works for me is fasting for the 6-7 hours before it

What do you generally do for food on a regular basis?

I have never heard of someone getting depression/being sad after having had a big meal. Sometimes i would regret what I ate if it was really fatty or expensive when I was a student bcos limited money

had the same issue. carnivore diet cured it. look up meatfueledmass on ig
