BofA Garden Leave
Anyone know the BofA garden leave policy (or where to find it) for Associates? Can’t seem to find any info about it.

finally had enough and leaving?
There is no garden leave for associates. Found out last year when I quit. Basically the day you resign will be your last day. They will not pay you out for your notice period at all (if you give two weeks for example)

Yeah went to an EB. More work a lot more pay
You only get garden leave as a VP and up. Believe it’s 1 month as a VP and increases incrementally as you get more senior.
