How does BofA PA compare to Evercore MP in terms of deal flow, culture, and exit options to the buyside? I have a decent understanding of BofA from networking but don’t know too much about the Evercore team in MP; are they as strong as Evercore in New York? Curious to know how these two groups compare in technology specifically and for exit opportunities.

Depends on if Tech M&A or coverage at BofA. If the former, both are strong groups. Evercore brand name stronger + better pay so would lean there but cant go wrong
