Apps open on July 1 but I haven’t seen a thread on this so I figured I’d start one.
Anyone have any info/insights into the recruiting process/timeline for next summer?

yeeeerrr. what up I’m a SA for BofA currently. their timeline starts July 1 and hire views for targets will come out pretty soon after that. but, the process of rolling so if someone gets a hireview and u don’t, don’t worry u might get it later. the process runs up until about mid to end of September for Front Office
So its not automatic hirevues for anyone who applies? (like at most other BBs)
no it isn’t, so if u get the hireview really crush it. this is how the process works; Hireview gets sent to three individuals within the division u are applying. usually will be sent to either one or two of the contacts you have or alumni from your school. they rate u on a scale of 1-3. I believe you need a 7+ to move on to interview stage.
anyone know how many offices you can apply to?
Regarding offices, they have you list your top 3 location preferences on each application that you submit.
Can you interview for 3 offices?
So should I let my contacts know that I applied after I sent in the app or when the hirevue gets sent in?
are the hirevues already sent in?
