BofA WFH Policy after RTO?
I recall hearing that BofA said it’s employees could work from home 2-3 days a week when we return back to the office. Is this official? Could someone confirm?
With return to office coming by September for most of us, have any banks communicated that they will allow flexibility to WFH? I heard LAZ is allowing their employees to take an entire month WFH once a year. Curious to hear about other initiatives.
Wouldn’t be surprised to see banks roll these opt in initiatives out. Because people never take them. Look at paternal leave. Most banks have great policies but the culture makes it so no one utilizes it.
Yeah I think current WFH following RTO via OIP would be LOL. Anyone else think other banks will PMW through SLP or nah
calm down with the acronyms bruhh
Didn't get 1 thing....
I hope so, but I'm not going to hold my breath.
I think you need more abbreviations in your title
WFH = Work From Home
RTO = Return To Office
Thought this was common knowledge given the current environment...
