Let’s say i switch teams internally (from coverage to product) before bonus is paid out. Do I still get my bonus for the old team I was apart of. If it matters, I was part of the original team for the entire rating year that performance is based upon.
I’m sure this varies bank to bank but just curious if anyone has opinions
