Bonuses entitlement if you leave at the end of fiscal year?
I know it’s best to wait until the bonus hits the bank, but what would be the actual likely scenario if I quit, say, Jan 1? And what if I left a couple of months before the end of the year? Just trying to be aware of all the trade offs here. Thanks in advance.
If you leave before your bonus is in your bank you don’t get your bonus
You will have to pay back your sign-on bonus as well depending on your level.
