Books relevant for Business Development and Originations roles in Investment Banking

I am about 4 years removed from post grad and I work at a boutique IB in SF. My boss recently told me that he'd like to expand my role and have me eventually mentor and manage a few of my colleagues and future hires. I have read a few sales books recently and I think they offer good advice but not all of it is applicable to my role.

In my role, I see the sale as being two pronged. First the sale with the potential client on the value of our services and second with the capital providers that we work with and building the value in a reciprocal relationship (i.e. I send you deals and you send me your turn downs).

I wanted to see if the fellow WSO monkeys had any suggestions for books relevant to Business Development and Originations roles in IB or any other advice to offer. Monkeys, what are your thoughts and suggestions???
