Boutique Banks With Low Hours?

I saw a post on here the other day of a guy debating if he should switch from his boutique bank to a BB and he said at his boutique he gets out at around 8 PM (he's an analyst) and his MD gets out at around 5 PM. Meanwhile the pay is pretty good too. I was wondering how common this is as I'm assuming this is a rare instance. Does anyone know any boutique banks that have these types of hours? Thank you.
Here's the post I'm referring to btw https://www.wallstreetoasis.com/forums/small-bout…
