Breaking Into Investment Banking From UC Berkeley

This is my first time posting on this forum. I'm an incoming freshman to UC Berkeley and right now, my intended major is computer science. Although I'm interested in CS, after reading through stuff about IB banking and trading, I feel like I would be really interested in a career in that. I'm hesitant on majoring in something like econ though as I've heard that Berkeley isn't really a target school for Wall Street and I feel like if I end up not being able to network myself into a job in that field, CS is a really good backup and it's something I would definitely be interested in. With that in mind, what is the best way to break into IB banking in my current situation. I'm thinking of trying to declare into Haas to double major with CS, but I don't know if I will be successful (30 percent acceptance now). If not, I might try to minor in econ. In addition to keeping a good GPA, is there anything else that I could do to break into IB or another similar career in Wall Street?
