Bridgewater Investment Associate Salary
Got a summer internship offer at BW as an investment associate. Trying to figure out what the comp is like FT to figure out how aggressively I want to recruit for other jobs. Based on the prorated internship calculation, seems like it's 98k base, but was wondering if people have an idea for what average bonuses are like for IAs out of undergrad.

Also got an offer from BW for the same position. My prorated comp would be 150k base, not sure why such a large discrepancy.
for summer or FT?
Summer 2021, Investment Associate Intern role.
Same, not sure why OP is getting a pro-rated 98k base
