Current associate at GS/EVR/MS here -

As a recruitment captain, I came across this organization on many resumes. At first glance, they may appear polished, but they don't seem to be exceptional students. If you qualify for diversity programs, I recommend joining SEO—no other organization truly compares. While these types of groups have been gaining traction recently, I don’t see much benefit in them. They are often led by students from non-target schools, and their advice may not be very valuable. My advice would be to focus on maintaining good grades rather than getting involved in an echo chamber of narcissistic students from non-targets. It’s not impressive to recruiters.

My best advice is to stay away, the industry hates diversity already, and these organizations are embarrassing.
