Busniness school in the future - What are your thoughts?

How many people in IBD have gone to business school? I read in another thread that math/engineering guys might take over a lot of the work in finance. What do you think? Will it be a reality in the next 5-10 years? Will it include IBD or will it only be in trading, hedge funds etc? Is there a risk that much of the work that analysts do today will be made buy computers that are programmed by engineers etc?

Whats your thought on the business school guy getting hired in IBD in the future(5-10 year time)?

Please, explain. Also, I think you meant by, not buy.

I'm starting business school next year and it was a question. I don't know if it is possible and therefore I asked. The people here who know exactly what you do in IB could explain. However, the main question was if it still will be possible to break into IB with a business degree in the future or if the math/engendering guys will start to take over.

Yes I meant by, not buy.
