Following a pretty rigorous day of 5 rounds of interviews, I got called back to "meet senior people". I have no offer. Is this another round of interviews, or more a test to see if MD/VP level employees will give me the thumbs up in terms of "cultural fit"?

Would expect more fit-type stuff and it's likely a sign-off but at the same time you should be ready for anything.
