Sorry what's the question here? Whether you can be promoted after 2 yrs at a bank? I'm pretty sure that's fairly typical at many banks and has been discussed on WSO in the past.

Bank specific, sometimes even group specific. In my group, high performers can be promoted after 2 years, but 3 is standard.

Not all of them yet. Some have 2.5 or 3 year analyst programs.
