Can You Lateral From Strats To Banking
Hello, I received an offer from Goldman Sachs in their strats group. The internship is rotational between S&T, IBD, and IMD. There are around 1000 S&T strats, 80 banking strats, and I am unsure the # of investment management strats. If I am placed into the IBD strats group, which sits directly on banking desks, how possible is it for me to lateral into a full time IBD position? Please give me insight here. Thanks a lot.
