I have a superday for CG in their New York office with their technology group. Does anyone have any advice regarding what technical questions to expect, what they really value in a candidate, and what could make me stand out? Thanks!

Bump - had the same question
Really basic technicals historically. One of my interviews was 25 min casual conversation (this was a couple years ago). From my perspective, they value the ability to be a normal person and if you can fit into their culture the most. Could’ve changed since I was there tho. I’d have TMAY, Why CG, and Why Tech down cold.
