Canadian ib Analyst base salary and bonus

A few years back I heard a 1st yr analyst at Dundee ib in Toronto makes $70,000 Cdn. In 2009, an MBA 1st yr associate according to Rotman's University of Toronto makes $85,000 Cdn. http://www.rotman.utoronto.ca/career/jobreport.pdf

Is it fair to assume both the $70,000 Cdn and the $85,000 Cdn above are base salary only (without any bonus)?

At any of the 5 major Canadian ib, what is the bonus for 1st yr analyst, what is the bonus for 2nd yr analyst and what is the bonus for 3rd yr analyst?

Thanks.
