Canadian IB at VP and Above?

Keep seeing news about hours / comp of juniors, but curious about the status of seniors. Seems to be lots of changes in leadership at several banks over the past year, and more international exposure.

Is it still worth it? What are your hours/comp/YOE/group? Do you plan on staying for the long run? Why or why not?

Asking from the perspective of an incoming FT analyst who wants to do IB long term.
