It’s your typical MM shop with more emphasis on being a volume shop, so when the market does well, they do well, when it doesn’t, they start cutting their workforce. I personally enjoy the people I know there, and they seem to also love it there, but they also are laterals who came from banks that had notoriously toxic cultures. I know they are trying to ramp up their M&A presence

 

Thank you for the real response, I rlly appreciate it. What I’m confused about is that since it’s a volume shop, why isn’t the demand for it higher? All people talk about is deal experience and it seems that a volume shop would be the best place to go for that no matter the market
