Cap IQ Log In
For some reason I am unable to log into CapIQ.
Either it says "you are unauthorized to log in from this location", or it redirects me too many times. I already tried clearing cookies.
For reference, It is not my account: Ive tried using two different accounts from friends, and the same thing happens both times. I know the login is correct though, as it works for them, and I have been able to log in to the Excel plug in normally.
Cant exactly contact CapIQ, so wondering if anyone here knew why

Do I need to run a VPN?
CapIQ is VERY sticky on login access, more than anyone I know. They do not want others sharing logins to the point where it’s inconvenient to the account owner—but the system seems to work.
For reference - had an ultra premium account or whatever you want to name it for years, no one could get my login access. Had LCDcomps.com, S&P premium reports access + typical loan, legal doc stuff + had equity research reports from the street for any given name free to download to PDF (BAML, C, CS, UBS, Jefferies)
