DunderMifflinCEOfrom speaking with my friends who currently work there, the comp package comes out to 65 + 15 signing + 10% bonus.
That 10% is top of the range.

This year the Cap One business analyst rotation is 68 base/20 signing/ 10% bonus for first year. I know finance is a little bit lower than that, probably 60-65 base + 10/15 signing

i literally just got off the phone with my recruiter for a Sr. Business Analyst offer. They offered 75 base, 5 signing, 5 relo (after tax) + up to 20% bonus for the top performers. i questioned him about the signing bonus and he said that's pretty standard and he would have to give a reason on why to give a higher signing bonus if i wanted one.

Im calling him back Monday to take it since its the best option I have but man, I was hoping for a higher bonus. Where are yall getting these figures?

He lied. That is not a standard signing bonus. You're coming in as a Senior Analyst which means you have work experience. The number quoted above is for entry level college grads and its 10k not 20k. Also, the FRP is paid differently than the analyst program.
