Capital One "Principal Associate"?
Is this the equivalent of an Associate role at a BB in a CB group?
They have a Principal Associate role in the Commercial Underwriting group but they are labeling it as an AVP role which seems very back office to me. I'm currently at a BB in a CB role and our hierarchy does not include an AVP role, it's Analyst -> Associate -> VP
What would the salary range be for this kind of position?
I'm WAY too target to know the answer to this
You should probably focus on getting a full-time offer first.
Do me a favor. Go to the nearest bar, hang yourself by your shirt on the wall, and let people throw darts at you. Only then will you ever get to experience the feeling of being as target as me.
Did a recruiter reach out to you?!
AVP is a non-banking term, we have them in our portfolio companies. Think Sr. Associate or Jr. VP.
Meh. No thanks. They've been trying to poach guys from all of the BB's in my area.
Any idea on the salary range?
I'd only be guessing at the salary at this point.
layered in between sr analyst and manager
