Career Advice - internal finance department at BB

I need some help in making a decision. I was offered a position at a BB in the internal finance department. While not an entirely glamorous position it does enable me to do some FAS 141(r), FAS 142 work along with high-level analysis of financials. Would this be a decent position to take if I was to look for valuation work in the future? I understand that building skillset should set precedence over name of company, etc. but just needed some candid responses on this. Background is CPA, CFA Level 3 with 4 years accounting experience.
