Career Dilemma - Began working in a MM group

Gentlemen, I have a situation. I recently began working in a middle market commercial banking group at a BB and have suddenly been thrust into a new opportunity. A network connection wants to bring me in to interview with the M&A group of a local boutique.

Now, I eventually want to get into Corp. Dev. or PE and I know that is very difficult from a commercial banking background. I guess the question is, BB commercial or boutique IB? The guys at both groups are solid, but I will be burning bridges by leaving the BB.

I realize this is all very preemptive as this is just an interview. But in the event I find myself in the enviable position of picking between the groups, what are your thoughts??
