Hi
I am trying to see if a company has enough cash runway to run its daily operation and screen for company with liquidity issues. Say based on the latest quarterly report, it has $8m cash on balance sheet and net working capital is $4m, does that mean the company has 8/4 = 2 quarter of cash runway?
