Hello everyone, Do you guys know if the comp for Centerview analysts changes based on location? I.e would an analyst in Paris make as much as NYC.
Yes I get there are differences in COL but it is also a small firm and so I was just curious.

Comp in London, although top of the street there, is still below NYC
Most firms benchmark globally so you will still have a really strong salary. Ie for my class in BB, 110k base was NYC, 110CHF for Geneva, €90k for Paris , £65k gbp in London, €70k Dublin.
Had no idea Paris and especially Geneva were that much.
