Culture: both great

Deals: NYC has a more fulsome generalist experience. Most restructuring deals run out of NYC and broader industry coverage. SF is the hub for biotech (although there is some presence in NYC)

Comp: top of street by a wide margin; no difference between offices

Exits: good from both offices, more variety out of NYC but could be a function of sample size

Beat me to it. Their SF HC team gets on almost every biotech deal in the $2-10 billion range. Mark Robinson is considered by many the best biotech banker out there right now.

Thanks how are the hours there? How is the tech? Factset, capiq or Bloomberg

The SF healthcare team is awesome but the Palo Alto tech group is great but not the best
