No, their strategic advisory business is their M&A. If you look on their website, they list a bunch of deals they have advised on and the strategic component is how to do it. Their capital advisory is much more about finding the financing for deals etc. This is very different to strategic consulting which may ask very specific questions such as "help us evaluate the commercial opportunity form product X in market A and draw up launch plans" and is still quite different to management consulting.
