Has anyone heard of smaller IB shops that pay a much lower salary but provide profit sharing on all deals? Talking to a small shop currently that is adversting that sort of structure, where the analyst makes ~%5 of whatever deal they're working on upon close. Wasn't sure if this was a good thing or not. Thanks.
