Chinese company borrows/lends to finance its own acquisition

Thoughts on this? I found it interesting, but slightly confusing. Is Wanda so desperate to sell that it's willing to take on debt in order to lend to a buyer with (presumably) a weaker credit profile? Bad news going forward for the Chinese entertainment giant?
