Citi $900m payment fiasco - effect on summer analyst conversion?
What does everyone here think this will mean for the 2020 SAs? The guarantee was made of an offer subject to "minimum requirements", and Citi are probably looking long term wrt this, so would assume it would have no effect. Would be interesting to know opinions on here though.

One of those posts that blurs the line between obvious troll and sincere high schooler
The thing I wonder with this is just how many people fucked up. Every bank has a legion of support staff for large loans and internal controls should have been set off by the transaction size. Surely multiple people had to say yes for this to go through.
bonuses will surely be impacted
Citi plans to recoup 364m of the 900m by cutting SA conversion rate to 20%
Correct. Got an email the other day that my return offer has been rescinded
